Terms & Conditions

By installing the VoltVPN extension or creating an account, you agree to these terms. Please read them along with our Privacy Policy.

The service

VoltVPN routes Chrome's web traffic through relays in other countries. It only covers Chrome, not other apps on your computer.

Free relays are public proxies run by third parties. Their number, speed and countries change all the time, and we can't promise any one of them will be available or stay private. See how your traffic is handled before using them for anything sensitive.

Acceptable use

Don't use VoltVPN to:

  • break the law where you are or where the relay is;
  • send spam, attack, scan or break into other systems;
  • share content that exploits children or infringes others' rights;
  • overload, resell or share access to the private relay.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules, without a refund.

VoltVPN Pro

Pro is billed in advance through Stripe and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; Pro then stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Prices are shown in USD on the pricing page.

For billing questions or refund requests, email us. You may also have a right to a refund under the law where you live. We sometimes give Pro to people for free for a set time; that Pro ends on the date shown in their dashboard.

No warranty

VoltVPN is provided "as is". We work to keep it fast and private, but we don't guarantee it will always be available, unblock any particular site, or hide your identity from every kind of tracking. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use VoltVPN means you accept the new terms. Questions: [email protected].
